These days it would be hard to imagine an event without computer technology, i.e. for PowerPoint presentations by the speakers, for registering the conference participants, for e-mail communication in the conference office or for surfing the net in the conference Internet café - to name but a few examples. Bespoke solutions tailored to the particular requirements are needed everywhere.

We can offer you these solutions with our range of computer hire technology. The list of equipment covers a wide spectrum of PCs and laptops with Windows operating systems, Apple Macintosh computers, laser printers and laser network printers. On request, our conference technicians will of course also look after the networking of the computer technology used. As a matter of course, they will also set up an Internet access at your venue, if necessary, and offer you the choice between a hard-wired cable network (LAN) or a wireless network (WirelessLAN).

Back Office

The one sure factor guaranteeing a well-run conference is a fully functioning back office. We ensure all the necessary technical requirements are met in order to guarantee smooth communication between the back office and the actual event.

Printer, Fax, Copier

For a smooth running conference, it is absolutely essential to be properly kitted-out with office technology. Once again, this is where we come in. We are happy to make the necessary equipment available. Whether it’s a printer, a fax machine or a photocopier, we can provide you with modern, high-performance devices to suit your requirements.

Internet Connection

We will connect your event to the Internet. Do you want to make a live presentation from the Internet during the event? No problem. We will organise the Internet access and bring the connection point right up to the speaker’s lectern or to the video director.

It is also possible to go in the other direction, i.e. to put your event live on the Internet. We will provide the infrastructure and put your event online using audio or video streaming.

PCs and Laptops

We offer professional PC and laptop technology for your event.

You can rent the latest generation of PCs and laptops from us - all systems are kept up-to-date with the right software, the latest anti-virus programs and graphic systems that are optimised for presentations.

Regardless of whether it’s for Windows or Apple, just ask us for the equipment you want.

PC Networks

The networking of PC technology has long been an everyday part of events.

Our IT specialists will design and actualise the network technology for your event. Connecting presentation computers to the media check, setting up an Internet café and WLAN access points and even configuring networks for audio and video transmission are all part of our daily tasks.
