The participants can respond to questions with up to ten different possible answers. These are a simple YES/NO or FOR/AGAINST decision, an abstention or even multiple-choice answers from five, eight or ten pre-specified answers.
Dynamic groupings of participants (e.g. in areas of expertise or regions) can be set up during the events and the answers submitted can be immediately displayed, separated according to these categories.
The number of participants is extensively variable: small groups can be polled just as well as groups of several thousand participants.
DIGIVOTE features wireless operation and consists of a central computer unit, one or more transmitter and receiver stations and any number of handheld keypads with which the participants cast their votes. There is no need for several-hours of setting up since the system is ready for use in next to no time due to its radio technology design. A competent BRÄHLER conference technician always looks after the deployment of the DIGIVOTE system. Our services offered also include the implementation of a visual display for the polls/votes.
The results of the poll or vote are not only visually displayed for the participants but can also be saved for later evaluation. This is done using file formats that can be processed by almost any statistics software (e.g. MS-Excel).
