Interpretation
CDS VAN interpretation software provides a new generation of conference technology. Besides the reliable conference applications, it challenges new claims, concerning quality and operation functions.
CDSVANis constructed in a modular way and therefore a flexible digital platform, which can be adjusted to very special needs, concerning graphical surfaces and functions. CDSVAN works with transmission protocols, which deliver audio quality above the Audio-CD standard (up to 24 BIT resolution / 48 kHz sampling rate).
The interpretation module allows controlling every interpreter control consoles connected to the system. The integrated interpreter management helps you to control the interpreter functions centrally and more effective.
All connected interpreter control consoles are programmed from the central CDSVAN software or directly on the console itself. All outgoing channels are marked for the delegates’ channel selectors with the name of the language, corresponding to the channel. The different channels can be activated or deactivated online to adjust different conference situations. The interpreters choose between 3 outgoing (A, B, C) and up to 5 listening and / or relay channels. The interpreter’s language selection and activity can be monitored on the screen (e.g.: interpreter xy is active on channel 1 which represents the English language).
All abbreviation for the different languages are already integrated into the softwer, so the user can easily choose the desired languages.
