Professional for Office Management

Professionals for Office Management enter into a three-year training with us and are responsible for the widest variety of required office tasks. They handle department-specific tasks in completely different areas of our company, whether Human Resources, Accounting, Order Processing, Controlling or Marketing.

Primary duties:
Organising everyday office activities, handling correspondence, composing and sending business letters, planning and setting deadlines, processing incoming mail, invoicing, organising business trips, receiving visitors and customers, providing assistance for meetings.

Requirements:

Specialist for Event Technology

Today the professions of stage technician, installer, event technician, lighting engineer and sound engineer are all collected under the umbrella of the profession "Specialist for Event Technology" – precisely what Brähler needs!

Specialists for Event Technology learn to prepare and provide technical support for events with us. They have to be familiar with our systems and know how they are installed and operated. They actively support the artists and Masters for Event Technology and ensure the success of an event or production with their know-how. From the development of an event concept to advising the organiser, the planning and execution of an event through to the invoicing – all of this is a part of it at Brähler.

Primary duties:
The planning and realisation of events, organisation of department specific work procedures, assembly and installation of event technology equipment, configuration, operation and inspection of projection and lighting systems including power supply systems, configuration, operation and inspection of public address systems, conception and evaluation of special effects, compliance with safety regulations, standards and specific ordinances

Requirements:
